Acer palmatum 'Brocade'

21st July 2021 and what better to bring out the colours of Brocade than some early morning dew.

 

24th April and some nice Spring colours on my Brocade. This cultivar has some very delicate leaves. I do love the dissectums, especially when the sun shines through.

 

2nd May 2022 and at last it has leafed out. The deep dark leaves of this cultivar are just wonderful in Spring.

 

21st May 2022 and my Brocade just loves the rain showers, intermingled with a bit of sunshine.

 

23rd October 2022 and I'm quite pleased how this cultivar coped this year. Rewarded me with a nice Autumnal display.

 

14th May 2023 and my Brocade doing quite well this season.

 

23rd July 2023 and to keep the theme going, here are two photos of my Brocade this morning.

 

4th September 2023 and an update on my Brocade. It has given wonderful colouring all Summer and is continuing into early Autumn.

 

27th October 2023 and my Brocade on its way to some nice colours. It has rained every day in October, so everything is looking rather bedraggled this Autumn.

 

24th March 2024 and after just sooo much rain over the past 5 months, my Brocade has made it through to Spring.

 

22nd April 2024 and my Brocade has leafed out over the weekend.
