to have your own bonsai from jade plants (crassula ovata) :
Bonsai Means training plants to thrive in difficult circumstances like limited soil or more accurately soil less soil with poor nutrition and watering
so the plant will adapt itself for its hard environment and by pruning leaves stems and roots you get the desired design
there are many methods of adapting plants or training plants to grow as a bonsai
your plant is easy to get bonsai from it because it is growing in nature as a large bonsai
just put your plant in small container with soil poor in organic material (75% sand 25% soil ) and do not water it
till u see it suffering in the form of wrinkled leaves so the newer leaves will be smaller in size and the stem will taper
distally like old tree cut off any unwanted branches and leaves so u can direct growth as u want

i will give u more details when i have time
    Best wishes for u all
