Fruiting Loquats

Does anyone know of any fruiting loquats in Metro Vancouver or on Vancouver Island? I'm aware of Fruit Trees and More having a couple trees as well as a few others but they are few and far between it seems.

 

I know there is a big tree in Vancouver east side. Some of my gardening friends grow Loquats in Metro Vancouver, they are in Surrey, in Vancouver east side.
