Acer palmatum 'Fascination'

Here are fall colors for 2011

 

The fall color for 2013 looks more vivid than 2011, it has a lot more orange color to the leaves. I am not sure if the two are the same tree.1

4yr update: the tree is doing very well. I might do some root work (put in larger pot) and do some structural pruning.
